In this clip from The Surrogate Buzz, Brian explains why looking at surrogacy purely through a legal lens can miss the bigger picture.

🚩 🚩 🚩 One of the biggest red flags when choosing a surrogacy agency is when medical records aren’t properly reviewed.

Surrogacy isn’t just about the outcome of having a baby. It’s about safety, transparency and protecting everyone involved in the journey.

If an agency isn’t prioritizing medical screening and communication with clinics, that’s something you should question. 🚩 🚩 🚩

We talk more about how to evaluate agencies and what intended parents should look for in this episode of The Surrogate Buzz.

One question surrogates should always ask before matching is about embryo quality and quantity.
