Our Monday morning discussion group hosted an amazing "Show & Tell" today. Residents were invited to bring an object that tells a story about themselves and the stories that emerged were wonderful! Pictured here are residents who brought family photos from a trip to Rome, a hand-crafted gourd, an Olympic torch carried at the opening games in SLC, a fossilized stromatolite at least 500 million years old, and a cast iron dog nutcracker about 100 years old. It was a great way to start the week and learn more about each other and our rich life experiences.

The array of fall festivities in our community showcases our commitment to tradition and togetherness. Staff and residents display their creativity through elaborate costumes, while our Dia de Los Mu***os Ofrenda serves as a heartwarming tribute to loved ones, including pets. Fredericka Manor’s residents 2nd annual out of town exploring. What an incredible day our residents had on the recent train ride to San Juan Capistrano! The journey was filled with excitement as we enjoyed beautiful views along the way. Once we arrived, we indulged in a delicious lunch and spent hours exploring the charming shops and rich history of this lovely town. It was a fantastic opportunity for our new residents to create memories, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere together. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this wonderful adventure! Can’t wait for our next outing!
