What did I do at 6 a.m.? I practiced Dr. Dispenza’s breathing technique. This photo explains the movement of cerebral spinal fluid during the breathing technique. The pressure created directly affects the pineal gland which has layers of calcite crystals internal to it, creating an electrical charge. This charge allows your pineal gland to receive frequencies.
