Happy Holidays. These two are guarding the Christmas presents and tree. I think they’d get an Article 15 for sleeping on guard duty if they were Army Dogs 🫣. Sleeping on duty 😂🎄!

I want to wish you all a heartfelt Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

This year has been impactful for me. It seems like there were so many twists and turns this year. I attribute all of the outcomes that were aligned with my intentions, to meditation.

I only have in my toolbox what I am aware of based on experience. When life became difficult, I turned to setting intentions and going into deep meditation.

When in deep meditation, my active brain drops from Beta Brain Waves down to Alpha and Theta. This alows your intentions to come to fruition.

Don’t be afraid of seeking guidance through setting your intention and sitting in meditation. It is effective, free and refreshing. Try it, friends.

May this next year bring you calm, purpose and abundance.
