I had the great pleasure of participating in my first official Cuddle Party facilitated by Whitney Brewer on Saturday. It was all women, and it was delightful. I'll just share a few thoughts.

The instructions were clear and the practice exercises we did were so helpful for breaking the ice and helping us get comfortable in each other's company.

There were various levels of contact made by different individuals, and it was good to see everyone working with their own comfort levels.

I was thrilled to meet so many amazing women who are learning to care for themselves as they care for others.

I would LOVE to host an event at my home in Cincinnati, or help a friend host (I would do plenty of set-up and clean-up if any local friends would like to share their space!!)
