I went to a CEU class today and met a wonderful woman. Patricia McCarthy Faust has a wonderful book that teaches ways to help our minds when things start aging. I highly recommend reading it for some good insights of keeping your brain younger or even helping it relearn things we tend to lose once we start aging.
