Women’s History Month is an opportunity to recognize the impact women have had on healthcare and the powerful influence they continue to hold. Their dedication, expertise, and leadership have strengthened systems of care and elevated standards across disciplines. From therapists and nurses to administrators and support professionals, women help shape environments where healing and hope can thrive.

In rehabilitation settings, women have driven innovation, advanced research, and prioritized patient centered approaches that honor dignity and independence. We are proud to celebrate the women on our team and throughout our community whose work supports recovery and transforms lives each day.

March is Self-Injury Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness and approach this deeply personal struggle with empathy and care. Many individuals face non-suicidal self-injury in silence, often feeling alone in their pain.

If you or someone you love is experiencing this, support is available. Recovery is possible, and seeking professional guidance can open the door to healthier coping strategies and meaningful healing. Taking that first step toward help is an act of strength and self compassion.

Thank you to UMADAOP of Cincinnati for allowing us to be a part of their Gentle Minds Youth Summit. It was incredible to see the impact they are making in the community and to witness so many “gentle minds” engaged, motivated, and focused on growing themselves.

The advice and wisdom shared by the panelists was invaluable, and it was inspiring to see the youth truly absorbing the information being shared. Supporting youth through guidance, encouragement, and real-world insight is an important part of fostering strong mental wellness as they move forward in navigating their future goals in the workplace.

The theme of perseverance was echoed by many panelists, each sharing what it looks like through their own experiences. That message clearly resonated throughout the day.

We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a great organization and to connect alongside Madi's House to share resources supporting individuals with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder needs.

Thank you again for such an impactful event—we look forward to continued collaboration in our community. 💚
