Delhi Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility in Delhi, OH. We provide 24 hour skilled nursing care which includes an individualized care plan.

We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a wide variety of preventative programs and services to support the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of our patients. We provide post acute rehabilitation which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also provide wound care, palliative care, hospice care, nutritional services, social services, an activities program, and respiratory therapy.

💙🤎🩵Today we traded in our usual bingo cards and craft supplies for baby bottles and balloons as we celebrated our amazing Activities Assistant! Hosting this baby shower at Delhi Post Acute brought so many smiles—residents, staff, and friends all joined in to shower this soon-to-be parent with love (and maybe a few diapers!).

🩵🤎💙It was such a joy to watch everyone come together for games, cupcakes, and lots of laughter. Our work family is growing, and this little one is already so loved!
