Parkinson’s affects everyone differently, but one thing remains the same: no one should face it alone. This month, we’re honoring the strength, resilience, and courage shown by those navigating this disease every day.

By raising awareness, learning more, and listening to the stories of those affected, we help build a more compassionate and informed community. Together, we can uplift the voices of those living with Parkinson’s and continue advocating for support, research, and hope.

Following one clear cue at a time helps support attention, listening, and recall, while the hand movements encourage coordination and gentle brain-body connection, which can be especially helpful for individuals living with dementia. 🎨
