We’re expanding and looking for compassionate, driven professionals who want to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families.

Now Hiring: RN Admission Nurse – Cincinnati Area and Dayton Area

Schedule:

7 days on / 7 days off
Monday–Friday: 10-hour shifts
Saturday–Sunday: 12-hour shifts
Requirements:

Hospice experience required
HCHB experience a plus (we’re happy to train the right candidate)
What We Offer:

Competitive wages!!
Mileage reimbursement at $0.55 per mile, door to door

3 RNs for oncall. 7 days on 7 days off. Two for Dayton area, one for Cincinnati.

One RN Admission Nurse for Cincinnati 7 days on 7 days off. MUST HAVE HOSPICE EXPERIENCE

RN Case Manager for Cincinnati and Springfield area, will train the right candidates.

STNAS, two for Cincinnati and one for Dayton area.

Community Liasion for the Dayton area. MUST HAVE A MARKETING AND PREFERABLY A HOSPICE BACKGROUND.

We are thrilled to announce that Affinity Hospice & Palliative has partnered with Mercy Springfield and Mercy Urbana to expand the care we provide to our community.

Through this collaboration, we are now offering Hospice General Inpatient services for those times when symptoms cannot be managed at home, as well as launching our new Palliative Care Program—designed to offer support and comfort when it’s needed most.

We are excited to welcome Jennifer Reid, NP, who will be working alongside Dr. David Whitt to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

A special thank you goes to Travis Bryant, our Community Liaison, whose years of dedication and hard work helped bring this important milestone to life.
