Affinity Care of Ohio Hospice is Growing – Come Join Our Team!

We’re expanding and looking for compassionate, driven professionals who want to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families.

Now Hiring: RN Admission Nurse – Cincinnati Area and Dayton Area

Schedule:

7 days on / 7 days off
Monday–Friday: 10-hour shifts
Saturday–Sunday: 12-hour shifts
Requirements:

Hospice experience required
HCHB experience a plus (we’re happy to train the right candidate)
What We Offer:

Competitive wages!!
Mileage reimbursement at $0.55 per mile, door to door

What We Offer to the Community:

STNAs in the home 5 days a week
Real care visits – not “drive-bys”
Virtual Reality experiences
Music Therapy
Pet Therapy
GIP and Palliative services for our Dayton
(Coming soon to the Cincinnati area!)
Dedicated Triage On-Call Team
