High knees are one of those moves that can get surprisingly difficult as your pregnancy progresses!

Try 10 on each side to engage your hip flexors throughout pregnancy and postpartum. To increase the intensity, straighten that leg for more weight.

Moms up for higher impact can even add a jump between sides as if you're "jogging".

Side planks are an amazing way to safely engage your core during pregnancy and postpartum.

They target the "transversus abdominis" or TA muscle, which looks like a donut around your midsection. This helps stabilize your spine and entire core and can aid in mobility during pregnancy as well as postpartum recovery.

Our backs work so hard during pregnancy holding up all that weight! Glute bridges can strengthen your lower back muscles safely through all trimesters.
