WHAT 13 MONTHS ON MELATONIN 300 MG DID TO ME! Unfortunately, nobody here knows anyone who took 300 mg of Melatonin for a prolonged period of time. Even me I don't know. Certainly Dr. Edinger would know that or Dr. Klingardt for that matter. Now, this brings me in a position to expose myself - something which i did not really want to do. I started to take 300mg of Melatonin 13 months ago, each day, mostly suppositories but when the plaster arrived last month I tried that.
1. If you think you can take it for one month to you achieve your goals, think again. IF YOU ASK ME HOW LONG I WANT TO TAKE IT, THERE IS ONLY ONE ANSWER: AS LONG AS I LIVE, PERIOD. Let me explain something to you: I have been taking supplements for the last 30 years every day and plenty of it. I will also make a video of this. My shelf is full and stacked with supplements . Everyone who knows me knows this. I have also the entire regimen of Dr. Sinclair here in my shelf and I did not even finish it off. YOU MIGHT ASK YOURSELF WHY? The moment I have started Melatonin 300 mg i had no desire to take anything else, strangely as that is. I know this is just a gut feeling, but that's how it is. The only thing I took besides Melatonin 300 mg was Vitamin D3 on cloudy days and sometimes Vitamin K2. And sometimes NMN, but rarely. NOW LETS TALK ABOUT RESULTS. So I have been on 300 mg Melatonin for the last 13 months DAILY. There was not one day without, either suppository or plaster. Since there seems to be nobody in this world who has this experience, I am in a strange position.
