1. Our environment (most commonly buildings and cars)
2. Our food (such as cheese, cereal, nuts and grains
3. Colonization in our own gut or sinuses!

Most individuals can tolerate daily exposure to mold without concern but some individuals have difficult time processing the mold they are exposed to.

The number one thing we can do when we believe there is an issue with mold is finding the source!
