Potter House holds a monthly leadership meeting to keep our behavioral health practice aligned, accountable, and operating effectively. During these meetings, our leadership team reviews client care outcomes, compliance, staff performance, and operational systems to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to the community.

These meetings also allow us to address challenges, strengthen communication between departments, and review policies and procedures so everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

Most importantly, the leadership meeting helps keep our team unified in our mission of helping individuals find recovery and rebuild their lives.

This is what impact looks like.

In February alone, 82 people from our community reached out for help.

We successfully brought in 61 clients. 29 IOP and 32 PHP.

That means 61 individuals made a decision to fight for their lives, and we were ready.

We graduated 16 clients in one month. That’s 16 families changed.
