Dry Eye Syndrome is a common condition where the eyes don’t produce enough quality tears to lubricate the eye’s surface. Symptoms include burning, itching, and gritty or scratchy feeling, and blurred vision. What could be triggering your dry eyes? Some causes can include age, long screen time (computer, phone, video games), certain medications, and autoimmune conditions. Treatment can vary from artificial tears to prescription eye drops or our in-office dry eye treatment and other possibilities. Call us today if you need help with your dry eye!
