Graduated from our final week of 4th trimester circle with this week! Was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself during this postpartum period. Having the support of that community of women, meeting with them weekly, texting each other in between in group chat, and moving through the same stages of life together is just something really special to have. Looking forward to the continued connection with them + watching all of our babes grow 🥰 I would highly recommend it to any pregnant or newly postpartum mamas out there!

Grateful for our circle facilitator and .pal.amanda.laskowski for creating this amazing community 🫶🏼 So glad to be a part of it!

Hello Inner Journey Community! I wanted to give you a little update as we are officially heading into the fall season 🍂 During my time away on maternity leave we have been adjusting well to being a family of 4! I have been taking the time to rest when I can, introducing Nell to family and friends, trying my best to consistently find the time to take care of myself during this postpartum period, and find the time to sleep and recover!

My journey has had a couple of bumps in the road with my health, mostly in the first few weeks postpartum. But I am on a good path in my healing journey now, and I’m feeling ready to begin the process of planning my return to work!

That being said, I will be returning to take clients at my space in Columbia Tusculum on Monday October 20th! My books are already starting to fill up, and I would absolutely love to get you all in for any of my offerings. I’m really looking forward to seeing and working with all of you again 💛

A glimpse into what my focus has been shifting towards as of lately🦋

This past week I officially decided it was time for me to take a step back from taking Thai Yoga Massage clients. Feeling into my body + listening to my intuition, I know it is time to take a step back from the more physical aspects of this business, until I come back from maternity leave in the fall. I am proud + grateful of my body for supporting me through this journey✨ And I appreciate the understanding + support that I have received from this community + all of my clients who I had to reschedule or postpone until I return! Your support of this business + myself during this chapter truly means the world!

I co-hosted a beautiful Women’s Day Retreat with the weekend prior (July 12th), which feels like the absolute perfect last in-person offering prior to bringing this new life into the world! Being surrounded by beautiful women in circle, gathering with intention, and honoring our ancestors, was the perfect energy for me to transition into more of a state of rest + preparation for what is next.

I have been quite busy preparing my home + my body for baby, and soaking up these last few weeks together as a family of 3. We are all very excited to meet baby whenever they are ready to join us 🤍

That being said, over these next few weeks as I am waiting for babe to join me earth side, I would still love to see you/work with you with a virtual offering!
