Today we’re celebrating the entrepreneur and heart behind Willow Skin Therapy — our founder, Erin Krieg. 💚✨

Erin began her nursing career in 2007 and has since built an impressive path in healthcare, from ICU and open heart recovery to years as a CRNA in the Operating Room. With degrees in Nursing and Anesthesia from the University of Cincinnati, she’s always led with skill, compassion, and curiosity.

Her passion for aesthetics grew naturally, leading her to advanced training at the award-winning Beautiphi Academy. There, Erin blended science, artistry, and education — the foundation of Willow Skin Therapy’s holistic, patient-centered approach.

Willow Skin Therapy was created to be more than a practice. Erin built a space that feels warm, honest, and empowering, and she’s grown a team that shares those same values. Together, they help patients understand their skin, their stage of aging, and the treatments that support their goals.

At home, Erin and her husband, Kevin, are raising their two children, Cooper and Kensey, on Cincinnati’s west side — balancing family life with the business she dreamed into reality.
