We begin this sacred season with the candle of Hope. As Advent unfolds, may Christ’s light prepare our hearts, steady our spirit, and remind us that even in the quiet, God is drawing near. Come, Lord Jesus.

The season of Advent invites us to pause, reflect, and rejoice in the hope that Christ brings. 🌟

Join us for an evening of sacred music and fellowship as local parish choirs fill the chapel with songs of comfort and joy.

Enjoy complimentary appetizers and refreshments as we gather together in the true spirit of Advent.

Throughout the evening, Gate of Heaven will be accepting donations to help provide car seats for families in need through Pregnancy Center Plus — and will joyfully match your gifts, doubling the blessing for those we serve.

Thanksgiving is more than a single day — it’s a posture of the heart.

In every sunrise over these sacred grounds, in the hush of the wind through the trees, we are reminded that all we have — and all whom we love — are gifts from God.

Here at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, gratitude takes on a deeper meaning. We give thanks not only for life’s blessings, but for love that outlasts time, for faith that bridges heaven and earth, and for the promise of reunion in Christ. 🌿

May your table be full, your heart at peace, and your soul lifted in thanksgiving to the Giver of all good things.

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing,
give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18

From all of us at Gate of Heaven Cemetery,
may your Thanksgiving be blessed with grace, peace, and the quiet joy of knowing you are deeply loved by God.

Christ is King.
Not in story, not in symbol — but in power, in glory, and in truth.

The heavens bow before Him. The stars shine because He spoke them into being.
Every heartbeat, every sunrise, every breath belongs to Him.

His kingdom has no borders.
His mercy has no measure.
His reign has no end.

The Cross was not His defeat — it was His coronation.
The tomb was not the end — it was the opening of His throne.

Today, on the Feast of our lord Jesus Christ the King, we proclaim the truth that moves heaven and earth:
Jesus Christ reigns — now and forever.

Here, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, the stillness itself proclaims His victory.
Every name etched in stone rests beneath the banner of the King who conquered death.

As we honor this feast, we are also humbled to share that a new section of family estates — Christ the King — is being developed here at Gate of Heaven.

A sacred space dedicated to the eternal reign of Christ, where faith, family, and remembrance come together under His glory.

And one day — every tear will be wiped away, every sorrow undone,
and every soul will rise to see the face of the King who loved them first.

“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain,
to receive power and riches, wisdom and strength,
honor and glory and blessing.”
— Revelation 5:12

To Christ be all glory, forever and ever.
The grave is silent — but Heaven sings:
The King reigns.

In the quiet stillness of Gate of Heaven, even the wind through the trees seems to sing God’s praises. 🌿

Today, on the Feast of St. Cecilia, we honor the patron saint of music — whose steadfast faith and song rose above suffering, echoing her love for Christ.

May her example remind us that worship is not only found in churches or choirs, but in every act of love, mercy, and remembrance.

As we walk these sacred grounds, may our hearts join in the same hymn of hope: that life does not end in silence, but continues in the eternal harmony of heaven.

“I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God while I live.”
— Psalm 104:33

Beneath the autumn sun at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, the water flows softly — carrying with it a sense of peace that words can’t quite capture.

Here, near the Baptism of Christ fountain, heaven feels close. The sound of the water reminds us of renewal, of promises kept, of grace that never stops moving.

In every ripple, there’s a story of love remembered and life everlasting — a quiet reminder that God’s mercy still flows for all who seek Him.

“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.”
— Matthew 28:19

🌿 May these waters remind us of the grace first poured over us in baptism — the same grace that washes away sin, restores the soul, and leads us to eternal life in Christ.
