Mercury is in retrograde until August 11, and during this time, don’t be surprised if the past shows up in strange ways.

Old situations may return to test your growth—people you’ve let go of might reach out, dreams may stir up emotions you thought were resolved, and old memories could suddenly surface out of nowhere.

You might hear someone’s name, see a photo, or hear “your song” at the exact moment you thought you were over it. That’s the retrograde energy in motion—subtle, emotional, and deeply reflective.

This period can feel like emotional déjà vu. Conversations may be misunderstood, plans might shift suddenly, and your boundaries could be tested.
