After spending a few weeks at A Step Ahead, Tammy's American Girl doll is on her way home with a new custom-made prosthetic leg and a note from her prosthetist saying what a wonderful patient she was!

We all know someone who as been touched by cancer. Instead of watching and feeling helpless, I have joined the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training to raise money to find a cure. I am excited to report that today I ran 7 miles with a partner in crime Big Jenni (AKA Jenni Siegel). This next week I'll be in florida and plan to have a great run along Bayshore Blvd in Tampa. FYI- it is the longest continuous sidewalk in the US.

Went to a fabulous conference in Indy last month. The AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association). Got to see a lot of old friends and professors! It was fun catching up with the ladies. Looking forward to next year in San Diego.
