‘This too shall pass”. Shouting out a big hello and encouragement. Without hope, we faulter and get lost in our fears and sorrows. Hope is the first steppingstone to healing and manifesting your desires. “Hope lays dormant until it’s amazing strength is beckoned, supplying a sheer belief that you will overcome, you will persevere, and you will endure.”
Please never lose sight of the fact that your thoughts are creating what comes next in your life…change your thoughts, change your life. When you have peace in your heart you can improve your life and give others strength and hope. My gift of recognizing ancestral curses and energetic attacks will help you understand why you react in ways that are not fulfilling or wise so you can change your destiny. I encourage you to come for a healing and get some of humanity’s fear and suffering dissolved from you so you can move forward with wisdom and peace.
I am offering emotional cleansing, aura clearing and chakra cleaning in person or remote (via phone). I run an excellent air purifier between myself and my clients with ionizer and U.V. light to keep us safe. But remote healings are just as powerful in the comfort of your own home.

The Teaching:
When you look upon anyone or anything, let your heart see it first, and then let your mind feel it. Your heart will choose to find the Beauty... your mind will choose the problems or rejection. When your heart and mind are in agreement, you will manifest what they agree upon. So teach your head to follow your heart, (not the other way around) And you will live a more beautiful life. For example, you look at your child who just came in and you immediately have two options .... heart says, “I love him/her” .... mind says, “they are needy.” Both are true but, the result if you let your heart feel first is more happiness for you and your child and the task to care for them is easier.
If your head rules over your heart, your child will feel your judgement and all tasks become more difficult and joyless.
you Choose dark=sorrow or light=joy with your first glance. You are no longer a helpless child. Choosing to see the good first will not make you a victim, it will bring peace and wisdom to your life.
Try it now...look with love at something or someone first, find the beauty or the good then the need for action or non action is easy and clear.

A teaching on PITY VS COMPASSION
I believe this teaching is important to offer at this time. 🙏

Beware Of Pity!!! Let me explain the difference between compassion and pity. Example... a friend or loved one is really struggling, you can either sit and cry and agree with the pain, seeing them weak and lost or encourage and strengthen them.
In PITY, you are digging into loser thoughts and you will begin feeling very heavy yourself with hopelessness tugging on your heart, “oh, poor you...poor me.” This helps no one, in fact, it brings more darkness to the one you want to help by sending back to them confirming thoughts of their weakness ..and confirming loss of faith in yourself.
In COMPASSION, you are vibrating, “I will be strong, I will be loving and I will encourage them to be strong by telling them they can get through this, they too are strong. I will hold them up as I hold myself up to honor our Highest self. I see them strengthening and loving again.” This is just an example but all thoughts are of holiness or heaviness. YOU CHOOSE THEM! What you think is what you are creating in your life. Change your thoughts, change your life... and when you speak it out loud...you double or triple it’s effect on your life.
Especially at this time, choose thoughts that heal. 🙏

HOW TO ENERGETIC CLEAR YOUR HOME
Directions for a Powerful House or Office Clearing of Negativity.
Ideally, give your home a good actual cleaning like vacuum, dust and straighten. Then start with an intention/prayer ‘DEAR HOME (office), I HONOR YOU AND I BLESS YOU AND ALL WITHIN AND AROUND WITH A CLEANING AND CLEARING”.
Get sage or any incense..even a candle works, (sage also kills bacteria) and light it by your front door... now you will walk around all parts of your home waving this incense or candle as if you are pushing everything in front of you forcing it to gather and go out your front door. Speak the whole time again and again,”ALL NEGATIVITY AND HEAVINESS MUST LEAVE NOW, I CHOOSE THE LIGHT, I BLESS MY HOME WITH SACRED LIGHT AND LOVE, YOU MUST LEAVE NOW!!” I will open closet doors and wave under beds and say, “NEGATIVITY AND HEAVINESS OUT, I CHOOSE THE LIGHT!!” Go through your entire home from attic to basement and end at your front door, opening it and saying “GOODBYE, MOTHER EARTH WILL RECYCLE YOU” picturing everything heavy leaving your home. Step back inside, close your door and light a candle saying. “I LIGHT THIS CANDLE TO MY LIGHT AND THE LOVE AND LIGHT IN MY HOME.” Let the candle be a reminder of the light and love in your home.
After this big clean, all you need once in awhile is a light cleaning...a candle lighting and the intention for the light to dissolve the negativity and love and light to fill your home, unless you have a fight in your home or negative visitors or a trauma and things feel heavy again . 💖

A poem ‘Ceremony’

I believed her
I did a ceremony
I lifted a little piece of paper
Holding my dream
And threw it into the fire under a full moon
The moon seemed to promise me fruit,
The fullness of my asking
It was a primal moment
So loud and so quiet
The fire crackling, the wind rushing
And my heart opening in hope
Mining for faith
Scraping at it’s tender edges to clean out
And burn up the fear
‘It takes faith’ she said
Looking at the soft, swollen body of the moon
Gives me faith
It can go from darkness, a nothingness
To something that lights all of my rooms at night
So, my dream, my request, my prayer
Will grow with it...
It must
I trusted the moon and
She always creeps back shyly
After hiding a bit
As the fire dies and the winds seem to quiet in response
I stay emptied
Or is it emptiness?
I guess the void is where things start to grow ..Especially faith.
