"History uses the past to better understand the
present to inform the future by recognizing:

(1) the good, to do more of it, enhance it, and expand on it; and

(2) the bad, to learn from it, how not to repeat it, and how to do more of what is good going forward.

The purpose of history sounds like the purpose of high-quality feedback.

Too often an inversion happens and the present is used to inform the past, and time is spent reinterpreting, re-presenting, and even reforming the past through the lens of the present." -Stephen A. Wilson

There's something about 2020 that's moving at the speed of light.

On 9/24/2020 several government officials visited the University of Cincinnati Medical Center to speak with staff, patients, and to check on the status of efforts to combat Coronavirus. Check out these pictures from our day with Operation Warp Speed, then read about them here: https://www.hhs.gov/coronavirus/explaining-operation-warp-speed/index.html

Its like cable news has industrial strength vacuums for your attention.

All you have to do is look away for a millisecond, then bam!!

Your entire perception of the sciences turns into a kaleidoscope.

Especially, when talking about the cold blanket we keep acting like doesn't exist: COVID-19.

This global pandemic, seemingly, can take all of the glitter out of going to work, but our staff continues to give their best efforts to make people's lives better.

Anyone with questions regarding this clinical trial can call 513-584-5517 or email UCcovidresearch@uchealth.com.
