Cincinnati Occupational Therapy Institute for Services and Study is a corporation formed to deliver occupational therapy services and to provide clinical study workshops and on-going local group forums for the study of Sensory Processing Disorder. Our aim is to assist clients in living as normal and productive a life as possible. COTI consists of approximately thirty (30) occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants whom we employ to provide occupational therapy services to private clients or clients of our contract facilities and agencies. Members of our staff adhere to the highest standards of care established for evaluation and treatment. Our office and primary private treatment facility is located at 4440 Carver Woods Drive in Blue Ash. There are several satellite clinic locations housed within private schools/organizations. We have a summer day camp located off site that offers a traditional camp experience to children with sensory processing problems. We are part of a collaborative initiative with Central Clinic called Connections for Life, a program designed for children who have experienced chronic trauma. Our therapists provide services and consultations to private clients, schools, and other organizations within the community. LEADERSHIP TEAM

On March 16, 2026, Cincinnati State OTA students visited COTI with their professor, Tara Brock, as part of their pediatric lab work rotation to learn more about vestibular, proprioceptive, and tactile processing in the sensory integration gym space. Eletta Fleming hosted the event and shared the rich history of COTI. Part of COTI's legacy has been as a training institute in the Cincinnati area, and we will continue to carry the torch.

We are excited to welcome Sarah Masih to COTI!

Sarah holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a BA in Sociology from Milligan University in Tennessee. She is an NKY native and has been practicing in the Greater Cincinnati area since 2023. Sarah has experience in several pediatric settings, including outpatient, private practice, daycare/school-based programs, and pediatric home health. She serves with COTI in their school-based practice and the Blue Ash clinic. Sarah values building a foundation of trust and safety with her clients and considers therapeutic relationship the most important part of her work.

We are excited to welcome Grace McGuire to COTI!

Grace graduated from the University of Evansville with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and psychology in 2022, followed by earning an occupational therapy doctorate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2025. During her doctoral capstone project, Grace made significant progress toward completing her certification in ASI through CLASI. She also enjoyed the privilege of advocating for the needs of children with sensory integration issues. Joining the COTI team in 2025, Grace is enthusiastic about further developing and utilizing her specialized training and knowledge in sensory integration. As a pediatric occupational therapist, she is dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care that improves and enhances the daily functioning of her clients.

We're excited to welcome Michelle Dixon to COTI!

Michelle graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Occupational Therapy. Prior to becoming an OT, she was an OT assistant for 8 years, so she has many years of pediatric experience, mostly in ABA and school-based settings. Michelle joined COTI in 2024 and works both in the school-based and clinic settings. What Michelle loves most about being a pediatric therapist is getting to celebrate wins with the kids she works with and finding creative ways to incorporate play into every session.
