👩‍👧‍👦 Teen Parenting Class Series
Starts March 3 | Tuesdays, 4–6 PM
Starts March 6 | Fridays, 10 AM–12 PM

Program focus includes:
- Strengthening communication with your child
- Building routines that reduce stress
- Understanding teen development and behavior
- Positive discipline tools that actually work
- Managing big emotions — yours and theirs
- Balancing parenting with school, work, and life
