Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III with Journeyman-level plumbing experience to support the safe, reliable operation of our hospital facilities. If you take pride in expert‑level craftsmanship, teamwork, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Perform expert-level maintenance and repair of hospital buildings, facilities, and equipment
Serve as a subject-matter expert in plumbing while maintaining proficiency in other building trades
Work independently to assess maintenance needs, prioritize work, and resolve issues efficiently
Provide technical guidance to helpers, workers, and mechanics
Complete work orders, documentation, and incident reports accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
Journeyman-level plumbing experience
Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
3–4 years of experience in a related field
Mechanical/electrical background with strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
Strong safety focus and customer service mindset
⏰ Schedule & Location
Full-Time Day Shift
Start time flexible between 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (8-hour shifts)
