Come together to move and breathe with intention at our SoulFlow Yoga class. We will explore a different theme and enjoy new music each week as we flow through yoga postures, breath-work and meditation. The aim of this practice is to unwind from our outer physical bodies and experiences towards our inner selves in a playful and communal environment. With consistent practice you can harness the powers of this ancient art to strengthen your body, expand your consciousness, regulate your nervous system, and ultimately live a longer and more vibrant life. We hope you’ll join us!
This all-level class is instructed by C. Casey Gries; 300 hr CYT, visual artist, and mother.
