About the coach

I’m a Level 1 USA Cycling coach, the highest possible, with Power Based training certification and the With Distinction designation given the number of CEO’s attained. I’m also an ACE certified personal trainer and USA Triathlon Level 1 coach. I’ve been coached myself for the last 20 years by some of the best in the business and with their guidance have won over four dozen state titles in the individual time trial in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Florida under the both USAC and NSG sanctioned events along with six national silvers and two national gold medals through the National Senior Games in the 5k and 10k. I’ve logged over 320,000 lifetime miles and over 700 races.
