This weekend we kicked off our Student Aufstellung Sessions ✨

Arielle facilitates each session while Casey and Kevin John step in to represent the elements that arise—creating a space where what’s beneath the surface can be seen, felt, and understood in real time.

In our very first session, a client came in wanting to explore their difficulty with confrontation. Together, we navigated where this pattern may have originated, how they currently relate to confrontation, and what it might look like to build a more supportive relationship with doing the hard things.

Aufstellung, also known as Family Constellation, is a powerful process of witnessing—giving form to the emotions, experiences, and family dynamics that often go unseen but deeply shape our lives.

Foundations complete.

Our Level One Tranquility Rising™ Thai Yoga Therapy training wrapped yesterday with five new foundational practitioners stepping into this work.

Each student arrived with a different background, perspective, and relationship to the body—and each will integrate this practice in a way that uniquely fits their life, their clients, and their path forward. That’s the beauty of this work: it meets you where you are and grows with you.

So grateful for the space held at Wildlight Yoga, and I can’t wait to return and witness how each of you continues to unfold into this next chapter of your careers 🤍

Day Three | Thai Yoga Therapy Training

The first two days were about learning flow—
how to move a client with care, and just as importantly, how to move yourself as a practitioner with the body in front of you.
Not forcing. Not fixing. Learning to listen through movement.

Today, we shift into integration.

We begin weaving in the elemental process—understanding why we work with the meridians, what they hold on an emotional level, and how to guide clients inward to recognize patterns that shape their lives, not just their posture.

You can receive a massage anywhere.
But this work goes deeper.

The Tranquility Rising™ Method listens to both the story a client tells and the story the body is telling—
and often, they are not the same.

This is where technique meets discernment.
Where touch becomes inquiry.
Where body and emotional awareness begin to speak to one another.

We begin with foundations.

Learning to listen before we do.

To understand the body as a living conversation—between structure, energy, and emotion.

Day One focused on foundational movement—not perfection, but learning how to move as a practitioner.
This practice is more than something we offer to clients; it is an ongoing relationship with our own bodies.

Through slow, intentional exploration, practitioners begin to see and feel how their bodies move, respond, and connect.
This self-awareness becomes the foundation for safe, attuned, and meaningful touch.

Today we laid the groundwork:
breath, movement, meridians, and intention.
Slow. Intentional. Rooted.

This is where the practice starts.
This is where understanding deepens.
