A little bit about us! We are a small company who has been servicing the West Side of Cincinnati since 1993. Hillebrand Home Health is the sister company of Hillebrand Nursing and Rehabilitation Center . We ONLY service the West Side. We are a Family run and Family owned company. We have a small team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, and Speech therapists. We also are contracted with The Council on Aging for our Non-Skilled side to better assist our clients who need a little bit of extra care after Skilled services are completed. We also offer Private Pay services for our non skilled side. Think of it as a one stop shop to really follow your clients and ensure they are succeeding at home.

We are absolutely heartbroken over the passing of one of our own. Our beautiful nurse Lisa met our Savior yesterday. Lisa was truly one of a kind a beautiful soul on the inside and outside. We will forever miss her beautiful smile, caring heart, and fun-loving personality deeply. Please keep our Hillebrand Home Health family in your thoughts and prayers as well as Lisa's husband and children. Heaven gained the greatest angel. 🙏❤️

Our Nurse Amy Albers completed blood pressures at Green Township Senior Center . Amy, Liz Grinkemeyer owner of Elite Living Specialists, and Catherine Salamone the Director of the Green Township Senior Center all started their careers together and remain good friends to this day.
