Today is ! Join us and millions of others raising awareness across the country by wearing RED to acknowledge heart disease, the leading cause of death for women in the United States. Wear Red Day is celebrated every American Heart Month (each February!) and reminds us how powerful education, prevention, and early detection can be in protecting our community's heart health.

At TruCare, we believe in showing up for one another, and that includes advocating for healthier futures for the individuals we serve, our staff, and our wider community. We're just a week away from TruCare's Annual Be My Valentine Event for adults with disabilities! It's FREE TO ATTEND this year with all the fun activities you've come to expect.

Join us at the TruCare ADS building (3600 Park 42 Dr. Suite 3670, Cincinnati, OH 45241) next Thursday, February 12th, 2026 from 5PM - 8 PM. The evening will include:

It's and we're dreaming or warmer days! January might be keeping us bundled up, but these snapshots from our Adult Day Program over the years remind us that the sunshine is never too far away.
