Bayley at Green Township had a wonderful morning hosting our First Responders Breakfast Social! Our residents were so excited to welcome our local heroes—the halls roared with cheer as they walked in. ❤️🚒🚓

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, bravery, and compassion our first responders show each and every day. A very special thank you to Green Township Fire Chief, Christian Godfrey, and his squad for joining us. 🙏✨

Nothing could stop Bayley’s own turkey trio from spreading some holiday cheer this week! Our COO Rachel Wirth, Director of Transportation & Home Services Erin Upp, and Director of Maintenance Zach Opatken braved the pouring rain—feathers and all—to deliver pies to every single Village resident.

They were soaked, they were cold, but they were determined turkeys on a mission… and honestly, we’ve never been prouder. 😂🦃❤️

These pies were delivered on behalf of Home Services, reminding our Village residents that our wonderful caregivers are here to help—especially with holiday decorating this season! 🎄✨

A huge thank you to our dedicated (and slightly soggy) team for making sure everyone got a sweet treat! 🥧💛

This morning at Bayley, we gathered for a beautiful Mass of Gratitude. 🙏🏼

Today’s celebration centered on the heart of our community — our incredible volunteers. We honored the compassion, dedication, and countless hours they pour into Bayley. Their service represents thousands of moments of kindness, and we simply could not be who we are without their love.

In a special moment, our President & CEO, Bill Coury, presented the Bayley Mission Award to all of our volunteers. While this award is typically given to an employee who has been nominated, our management team felt it was both timely and truly deserved to recognize our volunteers’ extraordinary impact.

Residents and employees gathered to cheer them on, and we enjoyed a warm and joyful reception following the Mass. 💛

Thank you to every volunteer who helps make Bayley a place of compassion, connection, and community.

🐴💛 We had a very special visitor at Bayley today — Sir Camelot the miniature therapy horse!

He charmed residents and staff as he made his way around for pets, cuddles, and lots of smiles. His sweet spirit brought so much warmth and joy to our community.

🇺🇸 Today, Bayley’s Main Campus, Adult Day Program, and Bayley at Green Township came together in unity and gratitude to celebrate Veterans Day — a day of Mass, prayer, song, remembrance, honor, and celebration.

❤️ To begin the morning, Bayley’s Main Campus held a beautiful mass dedicated to our veterans, joined by the Delhi Township Color Guard, who offered a moving tribute by carrying our nation’s flag — a powerful symbol of strength and dignity. Following Mass, our resident veterans were treated to a special luncheon in their honor.

🤍 At Bayley’s Adult Day Program, participants recognized and celebrated their veterans with warm appreciation and gratitude.

💙 In the afternoon, Bayley at Green Township hosted a wonderful ceremony where veterans were pinned with medals by our President & CEO, Bill Coury, in recognition of their service and sacrifice.

⭐️ Today and every day, we proudly celebrate all veterans — past and present — and extend our deepest thanks for your bravery, dedication, and love of our country.

🎉 This past Friday, we gathered for a truly joyous Hillside Refresh Celebration! Our Hillside residents and staff came together to celebrate the stunning new renovations — including updated flooring, a refreshed nurses station, a vibrant activities room, and beautifully painted walls.

It was a wonderful day of honoring the new while cherishing Hillside’s rich history and love. Residents and staff enjoyed cake and apple cider, and took part in a heartfelt craft where everyone wrote what they were most thankful for — creating a “thankful tree” filled with gratitude and warmth.

A touching moment came when the daughter of a former resident shared, “Mom would absolutely love this. She would be commenting on all of the beautiful flooring and vases… and saying hi to all of her wonderful friends.” 💛

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Hillside staff and residents for your flexibility and patience during construction, and to our generous donors who helped make this beautiful transformation possible!
