Dear Residents, Families, and Staff of Covenant Village,
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news of my resignation as Administrator of Covenant Village, effective December 7th.
Serving this community has been one of the greatest honors of my professional career. Together, we have faced challenges, celebrated successes, and continued to strengthen the culture of care and compassion that makes Covenant Village so special. I am deeply proud of the progress we have made - from enhancing resident experiences and strengthening our team, to building a workplace that truly feels like a home.
To the residents and families, thank you for the trust you’ve placed in me and our team. Your partnership and commitment to this community have been inspiring. To the staff, I cannot express enough gratitude for your dedication, teamwork, and the heart you bring to your work every single day. You are the reason Covenant Village continues to thrive.
Although I will be stepping away from my role, I will always carry with me the memories, lessons, and relationships I’ve built here. I have every confidence that Covenant Village will continue to grow and flourish in the years ahead.
