I’m so excited!!! The video for the MENtality Day is here!. This day offers an opportunity for men to come together and discuss their mental
health concerns in a safe space amongst men. NO WOMEN ALLOWED.

It will take place June 6th, 9a-2pm at Withrow High School. RSVP: 513-550-8733.
We will have two dynamic speakers: Dr. Steven Kniffley Psy D. and Dr. Quinton Moss M.D.

Topics include: Grief and loss, Rewire your mind, there is a MALE panel, break out sessions, lunch, vendors and music!

MEN, come out to build brotherhood in a safe space, learn new ways to manage your emotions and have fun!

We still have space available at our youth day this Saturday! Teens will be taught several self regulation techniques to help them with depression, anxiety and trauma. Lunch will be provided, swag will be given, music will be played and it will be a fun day for all the youth. There are ways to register your team and young person below.
