Residents at Twin Towers learned how to make sushi with Chef Greg Bacon and Chef Michelle Boone, explored the health benefits of fish with our dietitian, and even enjoyed a little wine pairing along the way.

Safe to say it was a delicious success!

Our Therapy Team recently hosted a Low Vision Support Group at Twin Towers, focused on fall prevention and everyday safety.

As we age, our senses—especially vision—play a critical role in how we navigate our environment. Engaging and supporting these senses can improve safety, awareness, and overall confidence in daily movement.

Through practical strategies and discussion, residents explored ways to stay steady, independent, and connected to their surroundings.

At Life Enriching Communities, every associate plays an important role in the lives of those we serve. đź’›
At this year’s McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards, a room filled with CEOs and senior leaders recognized that impact. What stood out most were associates like Andy Lipps of Twin Towers and Robin Hairston of Concord Reserve, whose compassion and dedication are seen every day in the way they care for others.
In total, LEC had four award recipients: Andy Lipps, Robin Hairston, Kimberly Brown of Wesley Ridge, and President and CEO Scott McQuinn, along with two additional associates nominated.
It is a meaningful reminder that the work happening across our communities, often behind the scenes, makes a lasting difference.
