If the same spot always feels tight, there’s usually a reason.
You stretch it. It feels better for a moment. Then the tension comes right back. That can get frustrating.
Most of the time, that muscle is just working harder to help another area that isn’t moving well. Your body is trying to keep you moving the best way it can.
When you understand the pattern, the tightness finally starts to make more sense.
