Upcoming Class: In-Person Entry Level One First Degree Reiki Training and Attunement in the Usui System

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the practitioner placing their hands on or near a client's body to promote relaxation and stress. Reiki can do no harm.

Level One training provides you with the tools to perform reiki healing on yourself and provide reiki healing for others.

You will learn:
-The history and principles of reiki
-The human energy system
-How to maintain an ethical and safe practice
-Self-healing techniques
-An opportunity to practice reiki on others
-Receiving attunement: a sacred ceremony to enhance your reiki ability

This class will be in person and will last 4 hours with a lunch break. Bring lunch with you. Our lunch break will be 30 minutes.
Please bring note-taking materials.

This class is level one out of three. No prior experience required.
