Pre-surgery markings are never one size fits all. âď¸
Take Debra, for example, every line and marking is customized to her anatomy, which happened to include a scar she wanted to refine in the right upper eyelid area from a reconstructive procedure done elsewhere. Her markings are a detailed guide for her upper + lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer to the SORs (supraorbital rims= above the upper eyelids), IORs (infraorbital rims= below the lower eyelids, in the âdark circlesâ area), cheeks, and temples. Carefully planning incision and revolumizing placement helps allow for the most discreet healing possible. Precision, even before surgery, sets the foundation for natural results!
Debraâs DrDetailsâ :
â
Upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid skin lift)
â
LuxeEyesâ (Scarless Lower blepharoplasty, or removal of under eye puffiness, with VolumeLiftâ , via fat transfer, to address hollowing underneath the eyes and in the cheeks).
â
Fat Transfer: For Debra, we also recommended treating the area above the eyes (supraorbital region), where she had some hollowing, creating shadowing above the eyes, similar to how âdark circlesâ appear below the eyes with volume loss over time. This is in addition to treating the temples, undereyes, and cheeks.
Thank you to our beautiful patient for allowing us to showcase her results! Stay tuned for her 1 month postop interview!
