1 month Post op! - Rhinoplasty edition 👃🤩

Elegant, subtle, and custom- refined!

Our beautiful patient, Renee, is 1 month out from her custom rhinoplasty.

After consulting with us, we recommended these DrDetails℠:
✅ Rhinoplasty
- Open approach
- bump reduction (for a straight dorsum/bridge)
- tip rotation/lifting (slight)
- tip narrowing (subtle)
-rim grafts (nostril rim) to correct “alar retraction” (high nostril rims) - - seen best on zoomed in 3/4 views.
-correction of drooping (of the tip) with smiling

Please note that further refinement occurs over a year or more, during which subtle changes occur in the contours as swelling subsides and the soft tissue contracts down (it will continue to look smaller).

💫 A 180 degree look!

Our patient is 1 month post op from a lower face and neck, upper and full lower eyelid rejuvenation, combining our scarless lower bleph, under-eye and cheek fat transfer, and CO2 laser.

After consulting with us, we recommended these DrDetails℠:

✅Upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid skin lift)

1 month PO – Lower Blepharoplasty *Revision*

Not all results are created equal—and that’s okay!

Our patient had undergone a previous lower blepharoplasty with another surgeon, but wasn’t fully satisfied with her results. This motivated her to seek other opinions, which led her to us!

After consulting with us, we recommended these DrDetails℠:
✅Lower blepharoplasty revision (removal of residual under eye puffiness following initial blepharoplasty by another surgeon)

Before: after her first lower blepharoplasty—still dealing with puffiness and uneven contour.
After: a refined, smoother, more refreshed result through revision. Best seen in the upward gaze (patient looking upward).

The difference speaks for itself!

Also note that she realized the line between her eyes (the glabellar line) seemed to be more prominent afterward, and this is because she is no longer holding up her brow to lift away the excess upper eyelid skin, so this is just her fully relaxed brow. She knows she can get Botox to lift this back up or can do a browlift some other time if she wishes.

1 month post op - Patient reveal!

Jeff’s goal was to get rid of the platysma bands and loose skin around his neck and lower face. He also wanted to naturally rejuvenate his eyes, addressing the puffiness and loose upper eyelid skin. But importantly, he didn’t want to get rid of all of the upper lid skin excess so that he would have a more subtle overall change there. So as usual, this is an example of focusing on the to create a custom change tailored to the patient’s wishes.
