A massive butterfly-shaped hole has formed on the Sun, and it is a staggering 35 times wider than Earth. This extraordinary solar phenomenon has captured the attention of scientists, space enthusiasts, and sky watchers worldwide, sparking discussions about its potential effects on our planet.

Such holes, known as coronal holes, are regions on the Sun where the magnetic field opens up and allows solar wind to escape into space at high speeds. The unusual butterfly shape of this coronal hole makes it even more remarkable, highlighting the dynamic and ever-changing nature of our star. Here’s a checklist for turning triggers into growth.
——— journal what you’re feeling ,this helps solidify insight and track patterns over time.
1. Pause and anchor - take a deep breath. Remind yourself this is a reflection, not a battle. Feel your feet on the ground and your body present.
2. Name your feeling- this is important. It takes power away from it. Focus on your internal experience what you feel not the other person‘s actions. For example, “I feel dismissed and want to be understood.” Where do you feel it in your body?
3. Reflect on the lesson.- ask yourself “what is this teaching me about trust, confidence or self validation?” notice reoccurring themes, such as a judgment, proving yourself or seeking validation.
4. Release their process.-recognize that their growth is theirs to experience. Your work ends with your awareness and integrity.
5. End with kindness.- take a moment to send Goodwill to both yourself and the other person. Visualize the tension dissolving into light.

This is from my personal experience:
What does a sudden awakening look like?
- Often comes in like a surge of light that disrupts old identity patterns. Can feel overwhelming ,disorienting ,emotional ,or euphoric.
Why it feels messy? It’s removing old coping structures quickly( quickly means different things for different people and we’ve all lived different trauma for me. It was over years.)
-emotional flooding because old grief fear guilt or shame are rising to be cleared and you’re feeling it
-nervous system sensitivity increases. Your body may feel off balance or reactive.
-Physical sensitivity amplifies. You notice subtle energies more strongly.
-Relationship shifts. Others may react to your frequency, change, causing temporary tension or distance.
Common experiences after sudden awakening can be …
-Heighten intuition and sensing others emotions
-strong, empathy
-sudden, knowing or insights without logic
-feeling disconnected from old roles, expectations or routines.
 These are all normal signs that your system is adjusting to a higher vibrational frequency. It takes awhile for the body to catch up to energy .
Supportive guidance/practices going forward .
 -daily grounding, connect with your body and the Earth.
-Art collaborative. Protect your energy from absorbing others’emotions.
-allow your relationships to adjust naturally. Give yourself and others time to integrate changes.
-Self compassion for yoursrlf .Recognize your past self was learning as you awakened.
-integration over perfection(thus was hard for me ) it’s OK to feel messy, healing and alignment happens over time. This part takes patience integration unfolds with grace when you honor your system your boundaries and your heart.

Do you know why the liver is so important?
- the liver is the emotional filter between spirit and physical body.
- It holds anger, fear, trauma, and inherited patterns until we consciously release them.
-when the liver is inflamed or burdened, intuitive signals, get distorted or muted.
-when it clears, your soul energy can actually flow through the physical body unobstructed. 
This is why I spent so much time cleaning my liver, doing the medical medium protocol, removing all the disease from my body . Healing the liver, healed the body and opened new pathways to me that I didn’t know where existed.
