How are you all feeling after 2025? January was rough! Breaking down old versions of myself was deeply transformative and raw. I’m grateful to have the snake year behind us. everyone went through it either consciously or unconsciously. Did you feel it? These major shifts of transformation letting go might have looked like drama and illness on the outside, but the dissolving is finally coming to an end. Let’s not forget about the weather! The extreme weather played a role in keeping us still enough to process reflect and “be”. I personally celebrate the closing of that chapter. Remember the energy we’re entering right now is the horse year .it’s fast and easily triggered. Take time out for yourself so you don’t get burnt out. Don’t over schedule and watch your words and reactions. There’s definitely more drama to come. She’ll compassion for the ones triggered not judgment. Judgment is a mirror.

I visited a friend I hadn’t seen in a while and she asked me what’s new and what have you been up to?I knew they wanted the generic answer for pleasantry sake so I said…. Not much rewiring, rebuilding ,shutting old versions of myself and reclaiming my sovereignty. How many of you can relate?

YOU NEED TO SLOW DOWN-What’s actually happening that is real and widespread

A lot of people right now are:
• Mentally overloaded
• Socially overstimulated
• Emotionally fatigued from years of background stress
• Coming out of winter with low reserves
• Carrying chronic nervous system activation from modern life (news, screens, pace, uncertainty, noise)

That produces:
• Irritation at small things
• Low tolerance for subtle control
• Startle responses
• Short fuses
• Feeling “on edge” for no obvious reason
• Feeling like “I can’t do this the way I used to”

That’s nervous system backlog.
And it’s widespread because our environment is the same.

We all live in:
• constant input
• constant pressure
• constant vigilance
• very little true rest

So a lot of people are hitting the same threshold at the same time.
The universe is asking you to take a PAUSE!
What is a pause you ask? A pause is anything you do that slows your breathing down it’s not a break from work. It’s not out dancing. It’s not working out. It’s whatever you can do to slow your breath down. Breath work,walking in nature ,light meditation or just staring at the window at nature. I’m not talking hours. I’m talking minutes. Do you have two minutes?if you don’t you should make it.

What exactly is a fragrance and how bad is it for you? I’m about to tell you most people don’t realize how much they impact the body. Anytime you smell something. It affects your body. That “nice smell” is full of chemicals, toxic heavy metals that inflame your nerves and trigger symptoms and can harden brain tissue overtime.
