s Halloween week and we’ve got a full line up of special treats planned for this weekend!

On Saturday, Nov. 1st join Kate for her seasonal mini-retreat. This time just two sessions. Mixed Level yoga at 10 am to celebrate Samhain - The Celtic New Year. Regular class prices and registration for that class. Then from 1-3 Kate will present her Heart Vision Oracle Session. For this session we’ll be working with The Celtic New Year theme where the new year begins as the last growing cycle ends. Take time to reflect back on the previous season and prepare to move forward into the next season with a sense of clarity, vision, and purpose.

On Sunday, we have two special events.

Up first from 1 - 3 pm is our monthly Ecstatic Dance with Rose Baz and DJ Deva. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance experience. It is for all abilities and all ages, a chance to re-connect with your innate joy of movement. The music goes from slow, to a peak, and gradually down to stillness. You can dance alone, or in community, no experience is needed.

Then on Sunday evening, Brenda returns for her very special Spirit Messages. Please join us for a fun and heartfelt night of connecting with our loved ones in the Spirit World. Spirit messages begins and ends promptly on time from 6:30 - 7:45 pm.

We are excited to welcome Brenda Rose and her moving Spirit Messages experience back to Shine. Brenda bridges the gap of hearts and connects us to our loved ones in spirit. Some will receive personal messages from the Spirit plane, others will be blessed by the power of love and healing that is created by coming together and sharing in this unique evening. Kate is returning with her popular Oracle Heart Vision Seasonal Reset. Join us for Samhain Heart Oracle with Kate Noble on Saturday, Nov. 1st from 1 - 3 pm.

This session will center around Samhain which is the Celtic New Year. Before there was Halloween, it was Samhain. Rather than a day to hide from the monsters as we might believe in modern times, it was a night to celebrate the light that dwells in the dark. It was a day of celebration for all that is, all that has been, and all that may be. Yes there is the acknowledgment that scary things can dwell in the dark but more than that it was/is celebrated as the Celtic New Year. The dark corners of our lives may hold feelings of discomfort but it is out of that discomfort that the seeds for new ideas and new growth also take root. Come celebrate Samhain with a sweet treat of a Heart Vision Oracle Session using your choice of Tarot, Oracle Cards, and/or a set of new journal prompts provided by Kate curated for this new season of life.

Participants can choose to use Tarot/Oracle cards and/or Contemplation Prompts to get in touch with inner wisdom and guidance. This session is offered to be used as a re-set for seasonal intentions. Kate creates a unique Tarot/Oracle card spread with contemplation questions for each seasonal re-set she offers based on the season at hand. Kate will present a short overview of how one may use the Tarot or Oracle cards and then offers support as needed for participants to lay the cards and intuitively explore the messages that arise through the cards or through the journaling session. No Tarot/Oracle card experience is needed. If you have a card deck please bring it but we will have cards on hand for those who need to borrow some. While the information we access here is deep and meaningful, the atmosphere of this session is casual and fun.
