Our next 8-week Tai Chi Series with Jill McQuinn begins this Monday, January 5th and runs until March 2nd. Classes are held from 6 - 7 pm on Monday evenings.

Because of the incremental nature of our Tai Chi classes, we cannot allow drop-ins. Students must register for the full 8-week series. NOW IS THE TIME to sign up if you are interested in participating in this series.

Tai Chi is meditation in motion. This gentle practice promotes strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus. Tai Chi can help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve memory, coordination, and cognitive function. Learning Tai Chi promotes peace of mind and enhances general well-being. And it is also FUN!

Note: For Tai Chi at Shine, you will need a pair of “indoor only” shoes that you do not wear outside. These can be tai chi or martial arts shoes, or light flat soled tennis shoes.
