An infrared sauna does more than just warm you up. Infrared heat penetrates deeper into your body which causes your experience to change minute by minute as your body responds and resets.

We recommend 30-45 minute sessions in our infrared sauna set between 140°F-160°F for optimal benefits and comfort.

We offer 60-minute sauna sessions so you never feel rushed. Step in and out of the sauna as needed. Hydrate, cool down, and use the room to freshen up and reset before heading back into your day!
