Founded in 1978, Meadowbrook Care Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility with 150+ beds located in Montgomery (Cincinnati), Ohio. We provide temporary respite stays, short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs & services. Meadowbrook Care Center embraces a holistic approach to healthcare, and minister to mind, body and spirit.
