Certain types of hair loss/thinning such as androgenetic alopecia can be improved with PRP. PRP is often used on the face, neck, under eyes, etc for a variety of conditions including acne scars/scarring in general, stretch marks, enlarged pores appearance, certain types of hair loss, neck lines, collagen induction, and fine lines/wrinkles.

PRP here has been shown to improve hair thinning in these conditions by both increasing hair follicle counts and also increasing hair thickness. PRF/PRFM is a similar concept but releases growth factors slowly over days, promoting more sustained healing.

Undereye rejuvenation with this can lead to improvement of fine lines/wrinkles, hollowing tear troughs, crepey thin delicate under eye skin, and improvement of hyperpigmentation.

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a full year of Cincinnati Skin Center - Dermatology + Aesthetics. In one year, we have treated so many wonderful patients, outgrown our current space, and are making wonderful progress on our state of the art facility which will be even more accommodating for the latest treatments.

To our patients, neighbors, and the community:
Thank you for placing your trust in us, for celebrating alongside us, and for allowing us to be a part of your glow-up story. We truly couldn’t have reached this point without you, and we’re just getting started.
