We’re back for a special May Yoga & Lunch: Honoring the Divine Feminine ✨ Our Yoga Class will focus on deeply grounding and feeling into the energy of Mother Earth to receive deep balance and healing in the feminine realm. The last 30 minutes of class will be new - Julia and Logan will float around offering mini treatments on the face and body during restorative poses to enhance energetic flow and create a deep sense of peace. The class will be followed by a delicious Ayurvedic Lunch shared in community and love!

Join us for our April Yoga & Lunch on Saturday, April 11th (10-12pm). Logan will lead us through a special 75 min yoga class, focusing on reawakening flow & glow. This class will emphasize specific breathwork and asana (poses) to create movement in the energetic and physical body - restoring a healthy glow after a long winter. It’s that time of the year again! 🌱 ✨☀️ Our Spring Cleanse begins Saturday, Mar 21st. Join us for 21 days of sacred routine practices, nourishing food and supportive community. Spring is the perfect time to reset digestion, reduce inflammation and help the body return to its natural balance. This year’s reset is centered around listening in and building trust with the body to allow for deep healing and self care. If you’re feeling stuck, sluggish, uninspired or out of balance - we invite you to join us and relight that spark!

We’re back! We had such a lovely time teaching, cooking, and connecting in our last Yoga & Lunch that we decided to do another one for February - focusing on the Heart. A great Valentines gift to yourself or a sweet Galentine’s gift for a friend or partner.

Logan will teach a 75 min Yoga class focused on the Heart Center - mixing meditation, breathwork, and yoga to connect into the heart space creating softening, opening, and expansion.

Looking for some inspiration for DIY wellness gifts this holiday season? We are excited to welcome Rachel to our studio for a hands-on, Holiday Tea Workshop.

Rachel is a wellness educator and herbalist with a passion for making her own blends. In this workshop, you will learn how to craft a beautiful spiced tea blend that will support digestion & immunity all winter long - including herbs and spices like cardamom, star anise, orange peel, cinnamon, etc. We will also be sipping tea as we learn all about the wellness benefits of the herbs we are working with.

Everyone will get to take home a couple of homemade tea samples - perfect for gifting or stocking stuffers. Come sip and celebrate the season with good company and great tea! ✨ 🎄 🫖
