I am well trained in high quality, effective, research-supported therapeutic interventions.
As one of Cincinnati's few Certified Wellness Counselor’s, I will inspire you to explore how areas of your life are connected. I will help you master problematic eating and weight health, calm the anxiety storm, and relieve depression and sadness, naturally and without the use of traditional medicine. I will support you as you learn to trust your instinct, recognizing that you do hold the capabilities to make the changes you imagine.
