A few weeks ago we had a Sound Bath to honor the Fall Equinox! Here is a few moments from that. Feel free to close your eyes as you listen to the sounds of the instruments. You may even feel like your by the ocean while listening. With this Sound Bath it helps release all the distracting energy in your everyday life and allows you to relax and reset your body.
