We’re so excited to announce a special Spring Awakening Ceremony led by Lindsay Dalton on Saturday, April 11 from 12:30-3:30pm.

This ceremonial experience leads you to get clear on what is stale and consciously connect into what you’d like to embody moving forward. We’ll work with the body and your inner guidance using precise somatic techniques, journaling and discussion.

Over 3 hours, we will explore:
• ceremonial cacao + heart opening movement
• discussion + reflection on what is distracting you so you can make space for evolution
• full therapeutic breathwork + somatic healing journey to mobilize stagnant energy in your system, process unresolved emotion, awaken clarity + inspiration and receive energy transmission

Lindsay is an advanced trauma-informed practitioner that specializes in therapeutic breathwork, energy work, embodiment coaching and a plethora of somatic practices that support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, emotional processing, spiritual evolution and more.

We’re so excited to be hosting Kid’s Yoga (ages 5-12) on Saturday, April 25 from 11:30am to 12:15pm!

When kids learn to connect with their breath and body, they build skills that support lifelong wellness.

This 45-minute Kids Yoga class helps children develop healthy ways to manage stress, build confidence, and strengthen their sense of well-being in a fun and supportive environment.

Led by certified yoga teacher and pediatric nurse, Megan Goslee, we’ll begin with a calming breathing exercise to encourage focus and relaxation, then move through playful, age-appropriate yoga poses that build strength, balance, and body awareness. Class ends with a simple craft activity each child will take home. No yoga experience needed!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or caught in constant urgency - this workshop is for you.

We’ll gently unpack the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking and survival mode - and learn practical tools to shift toward a more grounded, steady place where clarity feels possible again.

You’ll leave with a clearer mind, a steadier nervous system, and next steps rooted in freedom instead of fear.

Open to all! Reserve your spot in advance:

Winter can affect more than just the weather ❄️

Shorter days and less sunlight can impact mood, energy, and motivation, and for some, it may be more than just the winter blues.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression linked to seasonal changes, often starting in fall and improving in spring. Symptoms can include low mood, fatigue, changes in sleep or appetite, and loss of interest in daily activities.

The good news? Seasonal Affective Disorder is common and treatable. 🌱 Light therapy, vitamin D, therapy, medication, and supportive self-care can help.

If winter feels consistently heavy, talking to a healthcare provider can make a real difference.

Congratulations to 4th Trimester Circle Graduates! We absolutely loved hosting this circle! Holding sacred space for Moms on their journey is the highest expression of what we want to do as a nonprofit.

The timing was beautiful so that our founder, Paige, was able to participate in this circle with her son, Jackie. The circle was deep and impactful, educational, supportive, and fun! Highly recommend to any pregnant Mamas looking for support and a mom tribe!
