Happy Earth Day 🌳💙

This Earth Day, we’re highlighting our initiative, the Westside Roots Community Garden.

Our community garden currently has 13 garden beds! This year, we are growing cherry tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, chili peppers, bell peppers, cucumbers, melons, beans, flowers, and a mix of herbs.

Westside Roots Community Garden is located at Metzcor Community Campus. The garden is a space for people to come together to learn, connect, and grow through hands on gardening experiences.

All produce harvested will be donated to Table of Hope , supporting food access in our community.

We had so much fun visiting Hurts Donuts today!
We loved touring their shop, learning more about what they do, and trying their delicious CorMission Donuts.

We’re excited to accounce the winner of our March T-Shirt Design Contest- congratulations, Marcel!!! 🎉

Each month, we host a design contest to give artists a chance to show off their creativity. Our March themes were Baseball and St. Patrick’s Day, giving participants some fun inspiration to work with. Marcel’s design stood out, and we’re excited to share the finished shirt!
