Y12SR-The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery meetings begin at Revolution Fitness in Newtown, Friday nights 7:00-8:30 pm, TONIGHT March 30! Our time together consists of a 45-minute, 12-step discussion meeting followed by a 45-minute gentle, accessible yoga practice.
