We brought the Cinnabons and vibes to the women’s march today!

In the same that 513HC is united under a common goal, we are all here today because of a common idea. To support the women in our lives. To use and uplift our voices to demand equality for all women in our lives. Not just the women who look like you, or live like you do, but all women. Too long have women faced severe socio-economic struggles, like a persistent average of a 20% gender wage gap, with women making up 60% of the lowest paid workers. Too long have Indigenous women have been going missing or murdered, a murder rate that is 10 times national average due to systematic and law enforcement failures. We demand that you use your voice to uplift the most marginalized women in your life, to support the BIPOC women, trans women, and unhoused women in your lives. It is up to you and me to create change: neither the democrats or republicans are going to save us, it is up to us. I ask you one more time, WHO TAKES CARE OF US? WE TAKE CARE OF US
