Robert Charles Frey, RN, MSN, BC-PMHNP, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice working at Summit Behavioral Healthcare in Cincinnati, Ohio.
