Introducing Shannon, MSW, LSW 💛
Shannon works well with individuals and couples of all ages, helping them navigate both the big and small challenges life brings. From managing anxiety, depression, or ADHD to balancing school, work, and parenting — she provides a space for understanding, healing, and growth.
She uses tools from CBT and DBT but keeps her approach person-centered — meaning every session is tailored to what each person needs most. Shannon believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space to explore, grow, and find balance.
Shannon currently has daytime availability at the moorestown office or virtually and would love to connect with anyone ready to take the next step toward personal growth and healing 💛
